Builders Pre-Treats
At Coastline Pest Management, Inc. we provide termite protection for new-construction. Whether you're a home builder or building commercial buildings. We have the skills and equipment to meet your needs.
There are primarily two types of treatments for new-construction:
- A liquid soil treatment - done before slab is poured and once the final grading is completed around the foundation.
- Wood applied liquid treatment - This treatment is done during the framing stage. Typically about the same time as the nailing inspection. This is to ensure the exterior sheathing is treated before wrap is put on. This type of treatment with Bora-Care has an extended warranty program.
